OCTARVIA-API
OCTARVIA-API is the API service, which enables you to use the program without a Web browser. The API service is developed based on the Web application OCTARVIA-web. OCTARVIA-API estimates the life cycle fuel consumption of a ship’s main engine under conditions provided by the standard operating model and enables the assessment of ship performance in actual sea conditions.

OCTARVIA-API is the API service, which enables you to use the program without a Web browser. The API service is developed based on the Web application OCTARVIA-web. OCTARVIA-API estimates the life cycle fuel consumption of a ship’s main engine under conditions provided by the standard operating model and enables the assessment of ship performance in actual sea conditions.
The analysis results can be utilized in connection with each company’s business systems and data infrastructure. This also facilitates integration with existing systems and compatibility with each company’s specific data formats.

- ・Weather and Sea Conditions (Wind speed / Wind direction / Significant wave height / Mean wave period / Primary wave direction (wind waves and swells) / Directional wave spectrum)
- ・Route Data Parameters for Life Cycle Evaluation (Aging deterioration parameters / Biological fouling parameters / Cleaning intervals / Evaluation period)

- ・Operational Simulation Results in Actual Seas (Ship speed / Main engine power / Fuel consumption / Main engine revolution / Variance value of motion / GHG emissions, etc.)

To use this application
This application requires a paid subscription. To use this application, you must apply for membership registration which includes the signing of a written license agreement with NMRI and the Terms of Use for Programs of the OCTARVIA Project. Please go to the Registration page to register.
Fees

*1Counts do not include times when calculations could not be completed due to input errors or other issues.
The contract period is 12 months from the date of signing.
If you wish to perform a connection test before signing the contract, please contact by "Contact Us" page in NMRI Cloud. We can provide a connection verification (free of charge) for two days.
Billing Timing: The fixed fee is charged at the time of a contract. The overage charges will be charged at the end of the contract period.
The fee is calculated based on JST.
